Accessibility Statement

Condulo is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

Last Updated: July 9, 2026

Our commitment

We want everyone who visits condulo.com to have a welcoming experience. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the widely recognized standard for accessible websites, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design and build the Site.

What we have done

We have taken a range of measures to make the Site more accessible, including:

  • Using semantic HTML landmarks (header, navigation, main, and footer) so assistive technologies can navigate the page structure;
  • Providing a “skip to content” link and maintaining a logical, keyboard-operable focus order with visible focus indicators;
  • Labeling interactive controls with appropriate names and states, and providing descriptive alternative text for meaningful images;
  • Designing for readable text sizes and color contrast that aims to meet WCAG 2.1 AA;
  • Respecting the “reduced motion” setting for visitors who prefer minimal animation; and
  • Using responsive layouts that support text resizing and a range of screen sizes and devices.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We test the Site as we make changes, work to remediate issues we identify, and continue to improve conformance over time. Because parts of the Site rely on third-party services and evolving technologies, some areas may not yet fully conform, and we welcome feedback that helps us prioritize improvements.

Reporting a barrier or requesting assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, or if you need information from the Site in an alternative format, please let us know. Email us at privacy@condulo.com and, where possible, include the page address, a description of the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond promptly and to work with you to provide the information or assistance you need.
